l was raised eating fast food, fried foods candy and all kinds of stuff like that.Well I am no where near fat that is not my concern.l have a 1 year old daughter and one baby on the way and l wanna teach them really good habits for later on in life.l watch this show all the time on TLC called ''john and kate plus 8' if your not familiar with the show I will tell you a little about it.They could get pregnant naturally so they had to do Inverto and had twins the first time then they decided to have one more and ended up with 6 (3 boys and 3 girls) so 8 kids.Well anyway Kate (the mom) is so good about cooking every meal, every meal is organic food, and not giving the kids a lot of candy.l want so bad to be like that but l do not know how.Can any one NICELY give me some advice or tips thank you!

When you go to the store, avoid chips, candy, and fried things. Buy as organic as possible. Stock up on vegetables, fruit, whole grains, and lean meat.

Just one suggestion.If not for yourself, do it for ur 1 year old.

It is hard to make changes sometimes, but u have to look into the future & see how u will see yourself & ur childs life in 5, 10, 20 years from now. You need to change the wiring in ur brain, u need to create MASSIVE pain to eating fast food, junk & LOTS of pleasure to eating healthy.

If u have a car, do u put water inside the gas tank?
