I'm losing 0.2 lbs a day? :S?

Well, at the beginning of the week l was 128.2 lbs, the next day l was 128 lbs the next l was 127.8lbs, the next l was 127.6lbs, then 127.4lbs...

How much weight am l losing? Is it just 0.2lbs or is it another weight measurement.

Also, what are the chances that I am losing fat as apposed to muscle with this rate of weight loss?
Yes, I am weighing myself every morning (I am only doing it this week, because l wanna see roughly how much I am losing a day)

Ignore my last answer, did not read the question properly. That sounds about right. If you keep going at that pace you should loose about 2lbs every couple of weeks.

do not worry your weight can fluctuate daily mine does by a couple of pounds , always weight yourself in the morning , do not worry about losing muscle as long as you eat a good balanced diet and exercise you will lose weight and look great

Could be too fast If it keeps disappearing at that rate, you may lose energy and you may become short of essential nutrients.
If you are not trying to lose weight, and it keeps disappearing as fast as that, it could be sinister.

Well u have to loose a bit of weight in the first few months, then u will loose about 2 pound for a few weeks, then u will stop at a certain weight for a couple of weeks(so dont give up), then u will loose alot of weight or go to 0.2 lbs, again.
About the fat ur loosing is quite alot for a begginer, well ur lucky, when l lost weight l took 6 months, but l went slowly, u may loose in 3 months or even less, cuz ur body began loosing fat pretty fast.

Your lucky, i've tried every diet out there, Starved myself, and ate weired Berry is and l have not lost a pound :(
