I am eighteen years old and l weigh 107 pounds.I am five feet, two inches tall and my average bmi is 19.68...I am feeling extremely fat at this point, especially around my stomach.
I am new to the college environment and I am having real issues convincing myself I am not overweight.l weighed under 100 pounds up until my senior year, but l was not anything like anorexic.It is just strange being over that number and l feel so gigantic.What can l do to establish regular eating habits and stay small, maybe even tone some of my body fat into muscle?Please do not be harsh, I am just looking for some advice.l never used to think l was fat... why now?

The rule of thumb is that you should weigh 100 pounds if you are 5 feet even, and add 5 pounds for every inch over that. So, at 5'2 you should weigh 110 pounds. You are fine, even a little underweight.

Firstly, u r slightly underweight. So u r definitely not ''FAT''.
Secondly, u must remember that u r still developing into an adult. So a few pounds of weight gain should not stress u out. You may find that u will still gain a few more pounds with time to come. As long as u have a healthy BMI, that should be sufficient.
Weight management involves a combination of proper eating habits (not starving) & moderate exercise. Consider a low G l (glycemic index) diet. Easiest way to maintain a healthy weight. 3 medium sized meals daily & 2 small snacks. Maintaining a balanced sugar level will also assist with maintaining ur metabolism & preventing the hormonal responses withing the body that contribute to fat deposition.
Exercise - a combination of weight training & cardio will be useful. For a complete workout, consider swimming. You have the facilities at college.
Most importantly, its a matter of being happy with yourself. From what u say, u should be glad to have that weight. Link below will give u a run down of healthy weight management.

You're not fat, but you're not underweight either. Not sure why people on here r telling u that you're underweight because it is not true. Anyway, u r at a healthy, average weight right now. Do not try to lose weight. Instead, tone ur body. Eating a healthy balanced diet & exercising is really the best way to get the results u desire & keep them. Walking, running, or jogging will help to reduce ur body fat %. Another suggestion is that u should get a workout buddy so u can keep each other motivated or listen to ur ipod when u go for a run or just a walk around the campus or ur neighborhood. Going up & down stairs is a really good workout also. Good luck!
