Chances are, you gained some weight. Start doing some cardio exercises and eating healthier. You should see and feel the results soon.

u need to work on firming up & toning ur thighs. Here is what l suggest: Running.how many competitive long distance runners have u seen with big thighs/hips or butt. You wo not be able to do it very fast but if u get started now & push it u should be able to make a significant improvement by the time the holidays roll around. l would recommend starting with 1-2 miles & work ur way up. Also, do not forget u need a balance of proper nutrition, resistance & cardio excercise, & sometimes good supplements (ripped fuel or any thermognenic fat burner). For thighs: - quads - do wall sits. Put ur back against a wall & pretend you're sitting in a chair. Hold as long as u can. Back up, then repeat. - Butt/quads - do ball/wall squats similar to above except use on of those ab balls & put against the wall. Go down slowly, then back up slowly. Work ur way so that u can do sets of 20. - Butt/quads: do Lunges (no weights). Walk across the floor doing thigh bends (your knee should almost hit the ground). Go slow & concentrate - hamstrings - get an ab ball (can get for ~$10). lay on the ground & put ur feet up on the ball (extended). With ur butt off the ground use ur hampstring muscles to pull the ball into ur butt. Extend out & repeat - Also do inner/outer thigh machine or use resistance bands at home (get a trainer at the gym to show you). You can usually get a one time session for free & resistance bands do not cost that much. - Eating & stomach (abs) You can (and should) eat 5-6 semi-small nutritious meals. Do not load up with 'tons' of food. You can try eating various things: fresh fruit, chicken, brown rice, broccoli, beef jerky, protein shake, applesauce (no sugar added), veggies, lean ground turkey, turkey sausages, Low sugar protein bars (or try Kashi bars). Oh, & substitute any junk food with Odwalla bars (the choco. chip ones r fabulous & have 8 grams of protein). If u eat ~7 a.m. ~10 a.m. 1p.m. 4 p.m. 7p.m. (and 10 p.m. if you're up late u should be great. Get ur excercise/workout in b/w any of those meals (or directly prior) You do not need many weights or machines. You can get one of those ab balls online or at a Target/Wal-mart for like $10-$15. Do abs using the ball.always works ur core. Also get some resistance bands & u can work ur legs (outer thighs) as well. Go for a run or do some sprints to get in better shape. Pick up some sports/activities with ur friends. - Start taking a thermogenic fat burner (will burn fat faster when ur body temp rises - i.e. working out), ripped fuel, or hydroxycut hardcore before ur workouts. Do not exceed the daily recommended allowance & drink plenty of water. You do not NEED these, they just help burn fat faster while providing energy. You could take a multi-vitamin instead (relatively cheap at Wal-mart), if you're not of age yet.
Hope that helps.you should be sporting some nice toned thighs in a few months (if u follow this advice & work hard). Remember.you need the resistance training so do not exclude it (do circuit training if u need to). Lots or reps.15-20 & increase the resistance as u get stronger.

''spot reduction'' is a myth
its just additional fat that is accruing. you have to do the 3-prong approach to fat loss:
diet/cardio/weightlifting.

you probably put on a couple of pounds, same thing happened to me, and l am not very big but was uhm chaffing (sp) Once you lose them things will be just fine. And if you have the chaffing problem try the monistat gel.

So are mine. We need diet and exercise. Aging does not help either..WAAAA at least in my case! A fitness trainer once told me the rubber bands you can use are helpful for toning mid thighs. You lay on your side and wrap the band around you feet and raise the one leg on top up and down in a slow motion feeling the resistance. Do two sets of 10 on each side. The rubber bands are sold in most fitness stores and even WalMart / Target in the sporting goods section. Good luck!
