l am 17 years old boy and l am wondering if l can still grow taller. Are there any tips of growing taller, besides drinking milk, l know that exercise is important for growing taller. However due to the busy college life, l hardly to find myself a suitable time to do outdoor exercise, l spend most of the time indoor inside the hostel of the college. Are there any indoor exercise that can help me in growing taller? Besides, what lifestyle should l practice in order to grow taller at this ''17 years old'' age?

Boys are lucky. They actually have 2 growth spurts- puberty and when they're in their 20's. l do not really think milk will make you taller.it will make your bones strong, but not taller. That is all up to genetics. You really should find 20-30 mins. a day to get your heart rate up.
