Okay, so l am about 5'5'' almost 5'6'' and l weigh 140 pounds. l personally do not feel comfortable with myself. What works workouts can do. Or anything to help. Please. And l do not necesarily wanna be skinner, just wanna be more toned.

do crunches ,,,, run a lil every morning,,,,,, and dance a lot that helps o0o0o0 and situps

weights for tone, cardio to lose weight. Personally l suggest getting your heart beating with some jumping jacks, then doing some situps (make sure to keep that heart pumping), go for a jog, and finish up with pushups.

Your right, the object is not to be skinny, but healthy.
Control your diet. Cut back on junk food and sodas.

Swimming is ideal for both toning and slimming. The more laps every day the better.

l am doing the low-carb diet. It worrks pretty well. You know, no bread, pasta, potatoes, and high-sugar things. l dropped like 20 pounds, and I've never gained any back!
