Suggestions for how to get from size 8 to size 6

Right l am aware that size 8 is not bad at all and you look very skinny and stuff but l am quiet board of being size 8 ,and l wanna loose my weight like just before this year ends which means a month:/ so yeah any suggestions ? apart from exercising ?

Like what sort of food l should eat?etc and if you recipes that would be brilliant :)x tar

How tall are you?
And how much do you weigh?

Lots of leafy greens, and do not forget to exercise or you will just lose the muscle ;

l am 5ft 10, and about 10 stone, which is a size 8/10.
And l am trying to drop to just size 8, but l do not think my bone structure would let me?

You wo not be able to get from size 8-6 if you have wide hips or broad shoulders or something.

why would you want to lose more weight. why not just try to keep the size you are now. people will just see skin and bones. some people that are very skinny look like they have a head thats too big for their body!

You need Weight if you get ill if you catch a cold or virus this winter you could get gravelly ill

You sound Too thin to me already you should be working towards a size 10

A good Stu injection is what you need,size 8 is OK but a size 10 is much more healthy and way more appealing to men so get this size 6 thing out your head before you do yourself damage.

If you're bored with being size 8, why not go to size 10, less hassle, and more attractive to the opposite sex.

Im no expert,

but l would suggest to set ur self a daily timetable of things that could help like exercise & healthy eating suggestions.
e.g

Monday -
Morning
get up early go for jog around park. eat some low fat cerial.
Afternoon
watch execise vid. have a tuna sandwich for lunch
Evening
have a lye down. drink plenty of water. eat some pasta salad for dinner.
Ect.


you could eat some low fat things eg special k.

so you wanna do this without exercising? difficult at best. for absolute best results, you have to do all 3 things:

proper combination of protein/carbs/fat
cardio
lifting weights


what type of diet?

eat a high protein, low carb, moderate fat diet

we can not tell you what or how much to eat, since all that is based on your current bodyweight

The only effective way to lose weight, is a healthy reduced calorie diet, combined with daily vigorous exercise. Either on it is own, wo not have much impact. You HAVE to include exercise. It is less in, more out l am afraid. Size 8 is a nice size.

Why do you wanna be a size 6?
Do you know how annoying it is to find stuff that fit you?
Coz once you're a 6 you will wanna be a 4.
Heck l am a 4 and l can find NOOO clothes.it is so annoying.
