The only way.diet and exercise! A million people prove that everyday. No ''get skinny quick plans'' in then end they make you gain the weight back so much quicker. Start by eating veggies and protein and then by doing cardie and weight training. Good luck. Plan to loose like 2-3 lbs a week if you are consistent with it.

When u r losing weight, u should exercise & diet together. If u exercise without dieting, u will get bigger appetite, which will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow underneath the fat layer, & make u bulkier. If u diet without exercising, u will become flabby & will have excess skin. For diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread & so on. And no food after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on your initial weight, u can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you do not eat wheat then u do not eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, u do not eat junk food, & u do not eat biscuits. But your diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, & u do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, & then switch to running/jogging. Running is the most efficient & calorie-burn exercise ever. If u r overweight a lot, walk first or u may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones & so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target your problem areas for men & women. It is not necessarily to become a bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you to target ur problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

l lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how l did it. 1. Every morning get up & walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but u want to get up to 45 minutes, & it must be fast walk. You want ur heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts ur metabolism. 2. l cut out Red Meat, & fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice & vegetables (steamed). 3. Eat half. Just eat half of what u normally eat. Put 1/2 on ur plate, & put the rest away. Cook less. When u go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.
It will work, once u get into a routine, u will get hooked on the results, & u will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

Well yeah diets and exercise work but not fast enough, depends in how much weight and in how long you want to lose it too, you can try natural ways to do it like l did, drink plenty of water, fiber, and green tea, snack on some apples instead of chips and candy, make wheat bread your choice of bread, try not to eat between meals or heavy meals after 7 pm, sleep well, and add a diet supplement pill or vitamin to all this, It works, l lost almost 10 pounds in 2 weeks!!
