And do not say, ''One splurge here and there wo not cause signifigant change.'' Because l do not just take one splurge here and there...l can not even go a week without binging. It is been like 5 days since my last binge and that whole last week l binged.

Plus l have not or wo not exercise tonight because now l do not feel too good.

If l do not eat tomorrow besides dinner, which will be a small salad with minimal or no dressing, and l am able to not binge at all, what will happen? Will the calories be evened out...Like since l ate a ton of extra calories tonight and l wo not burn them off, since I am not gonna be eating any additional tomorrow will it just roll over and I will keep burning them tomorrow, so l wo not gain anything?

What should l do?

- one more thing! - If you are not getting enough nutrients in the day so your body freaks out and starts to go crazy for, oh say, sugar will you gain weight. Your body apparently needs it, right? (i think that is what happens to me.) But do you still gain weight even if your body needs it?

l can not. l called them yesterday and they said you have to be at least 5lbs overweight or they WON'T let you join, no kidding.

sounds like you are either starving yourself or binging. that is really not good for your body and a very difficult way to lose weight. seriously, go to weight watchers.. they have meetings all over the place for a reason.. their program works - no starving, no binging, just eating right, eating less and you will lose weight the right way.
