get out from the computer and go for a jog.

No seriously look at your diet, and exercise. Try in increase the amount of meals that you have and make them small ones to increase metabolism.

You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight.

how silly!
i,ve just a few suggestions.
(1) from tomorrow start having double breakfast (twice than u used to have earlier)
(2) have less for lunch
(3) almost nothing for dinner
(4) when u feel hungry eat only fruits
(5) have lots of salads
(6) stop all Sugar items
(7) exercise daily for only 20 mts
try this for one month and weigh ur self again

hi nanda l have kinda tried most of the things mentioned in these , l mean come on all of us know to loose fat we have to workout & eat right, but what to do when to go & how to do it is were the trick to ur success lays . l recently came across this program called X-MELT when l joined that program weighed about a 115 kgs but as l write this today l am in my day 50 its the program & l weight about 98 kgs, my body finally is taking a shape , l recently have had a pleasure of enjoying compliment after a long long time. X-MELT is a 90 days based in home training program, it has gotta be by far the most effective weight loss program. call them if u want or just vist their website to get more info

Best thing to do is not to follow any of these crazy diet plan. l have tried them all & they suck! They drain ur energy, fill u with pills or starve you. In order to lose weight u need to change ur diet & exercise habit. What u need to do is find healthy foods that u like & put together a meal plan. (Make veggies & fruits apart of ur meals)

Remember - It is all about portion control! You have to listen to ur body, do not stuff yourself to the point that u can breath. Eat enough so that ur satisfied. Also do not eat because ur board, sad or anything like that.

Cut down the junk food, only allow yourself to have junk food as a treat for yourself. So on one day of the week have only one small bag of chips or 2-3 cookies. BUT only do this if u have been exercising & eating right.

Exercise 4 to 5 times a week, even if it is just a 30 min walk do something. Everything helps. l started out exercising 2 to 3 times a week. But now l exercise 5 to 6 times a week. After about a week or so you're going to feel a difference in ur body & ur energy. So on those day that u really do not want to work out push yourself to get up & do it.

Theres different ways to work out, u can sign up at a gym, go jogging, swimming, play sports and/or buy exercise DVDs

l find that it help if u find exercise DVD that is of interest to you. l love to dance so l got so Hip Hop workouts, & some Hula & belly dancing cardio. There all fun & have great results. Yoga & palates r great for those days that ur stress or sore. l alternate my dvds.

You can also set yourself a goal. For example, running in a 5K or riding ur bike foe 45 min.

-Do not punish yourself if u do pig out or did not get the chance to work out. It is okay to mess up some times, in my case every Friday night when l go out, l enjoy myself l know that tomorrow l will just work it out. :)

The most important thing to remember is not to feel discorage everything takes time & u have to put the effort to it. There is no miracle weight lose diet or pill. You just have to eat in portions, eat right, & exercise.

To lose weight in a month, follow this simple diet routine, proved to be more effective:

Have u heard of the Physics Diet? As common sense goes, prevention is always better than cure!
The following diet & health program was apparently developed for the employees & the dependants of General Motors Inc.
The program was developed in conjunction with the grant from the US Department of Agriculture & the Food & Drug Administration. It was first tried at the Johns Hopkins Research Centre & was approved for distribution by the Board of Directors of General Motors Corporation at a general meeting on August 15, 1995 .
General Motors Corporation wholly endorsed this program & is making it available to all employees & families. This program will be available at all General Motors Food service facilities.
It is the management’s intention to facilitate a welfare & fitness program for everyone.
This program is designed for a target weight loss of 5-6 Kgs. per week. It will also improve ur attitude & emotions because of its systematic cleansing effects. The effectiveness of this seven day plan is that the foods eaten burn more calories than they give to the body in caloric value. This plan can be used as often as u like to without any fear of complications. It is designed to flush ur system of impurities & give u a feeling of well being. After seven days u will begin to feel lighter by atleast 10 pounds. You will have an abundance of energy & an improved disposition.
During the first seven days u must drink 10 glasses of water each day.
DAY ONE
All fruits except bananas. Your first day will consists of all fruits u want. It is suggested u consume lots of watermelon & cantaloupe.
DAY TWO
All vegetables. You r encouraged to eat until u r stuffed with all the new & cooked vegetables of ur choice. There is no limit on the account or type. Avoid oil & coconut while cooking vegetables. Have large boiled potato for breakfast.
DAY THREE
Any mixture of fruits & vegetables of ur choice. Any amount, any quantity. No bananas yet & no potatoes today.
DAY FOUR
Bananas & milk. Today u will eat as many as eight bananas & drink three glasses of milk. You can also have one bowl of vegetables soup.
DAY FIVE
Today is a feast day. You will eat 1 (one) cup of rice. You also have to eat 6 (six) whole tomatoes & drink 12 (twelve) glasses of water today to cleanse ur system of the excess uric acid u will be producing.
DAY SIX
Today is another all vegetables day. You must eat 1 cup of rice today & eat all the vegetables u want cooked & uncooked to ur heart is content.
DAY SEVEN
Today ur food intake will consist of 1 cup rice, fruit juice & all the vegetables u care to consume. Tomorrow morning u will be five to eight kilograms lighter than 1 week ago. If u desire further weight loss, repeat the program again. Repeat the program as often as u like, however, it is suggested that u rest for three days before every repetition.
You have ur system under control now & it will thank u for all the purging & cleansing u just gave it. Even more than a diet program it is good to follow this diet once in a while to clean ur digestive system & remove toxic substances that have a accumulated in the system.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
The most important element of the program is the 10 (ten) tall glasses of water a day. You can also flavour the water will some lemon to make the drink easier. While on the program, take only black coffee & never more than one teaspoon of oil. Preferably do not use oil because the high calorific content. No fruit juices before day seven.
Here is what happens to u body while u r on this program & how & why it works.
Day 1: You r preparing ur system for the upcoming program. Your only source of nutrition is fresh fruits. Fruits r nature is perfect food. They provide everything u can possibly want to sustain life except total balance & variety.
Day 2: Starts with a fix complex carbohydrates in the form of a boiled potato. This is taken in the form of a boiled potato & taken in the morning to provide energy & balance. The rest of the day too consists of vegetables which r virtually calories free & provide essential nutrients & fibre.
Day 3: Eliminates the potato because u get ur carbohydrates from fruits. Your system is now prepared to start burning excess pounds. You will have cravings, which should start to diminish by day four.
Day 4: Bananas & milk. You r in for a surprise. You probably will not be able to eat all the bananas allowed. But they r there for the potassium u have lost & the sodium u may have missed during the last three days. You will notice a definite loss of desire for sweets & u will be surprised at how easy this day will go.
Day 5: Rice & tomatoes. The rice is for the carbohydrates & the tomatoes r for the digestion & the fibre. Drinking a lot of water purifies ur system. You should notice colourless urine today. If u do not feel like having one cup rice, u may eat less. But u may eat six tomatoes.
Day 6: It is similar to day five. Vitamins & fibre from the vegetables & carbohydrates from the rice. By now ur system is in a total weight loss inclination. There should be a noticeable difference in the way u look today compared to day one.
Day 7: You may celebrate with champagne. You may also have white wine instead of champagne, but in all practical programs, & in all surveys done to measure the success of the program, General Motors employees have always preferred champagne to white wine.
More than one cup of coffee with milk is especially forbidden. Milk & oil add empty calories to ur diet. Avid coffee lovers can console themselves with black coffee. However, after the first week, it will help ur digestion & set ur stomach. The key thing to remember is that if u r hungry at any time, then u r not following the diet correctly. Almost all people give up the diet when they r hungry because of dieting. The secret of this program is that u should never hungry. If it is a vegetable day, eat so much vegetables that u r never hungry. If it is a fruits day, eat so much fruits that u r never hungry. You may be bored of eating vegetables all day, but u should not be hungry. You can take any amount of General Motors wonder soup on any day.
GENERAL MOTORS WONDER SOUP
The following soup is intended as a supplement to ur diet. It can be eaten any time of the day in virtually unlimited quantities. You r encouraged to drink large quantities of this soup.
· 23 oz water
· 06 large onions
· 02 green peppers
· 03 whole tomatoes
· 1 cabbage
· 1 bunch celery - add herbs & seasoning as desired.
This program is highly recommended for women & men above 40 for whom excess weight is especially dangerous. Excess weight for women aggravates arthritis problems & leads to rapid joint decay. Pain & joint deterioration can be lessened by weight loss as weight loss removes the stress on the knee joint. Excess weight is the most critical factor in keeping good health & excess weight is responsible for the most problems including coronary diseases, heart problems, arthritis & cancer among other serious life threatening diseases. Most serious health problems can be avoided by the single function of maintaining an ideal weight. Daily mild exercise of 20 minutes is also essential. Do not tire yourself out, but being regular in ur exercise & maintaining an ideal weight goes a long way in ensuring a happy, healthy & long life.
