I am 15, 16 in January 5'6 - 9.5 stone.
l go to the gym twice sometimes 3 times a week l spend 10-12 minutes on the cross trainer, 300 crunches and on weights on do 3 - 5 is 15 reps each 2 sets another 300 crunches then cool down. l jog every other day and if l can not go to the gym l hula hoop for an hour...is it the right way to go about it??

forget the crunches - get a personal trainer to set you up with a good weights programme.

Actually, the crunches are fine. You are doing everything right and should be toning up, right? Just keep up the good work, make sure you eat enough, and try not to be tempted by the upcoming holiday season treats!
