I am on a diet and l know V8 juice has a bunch of nutritious vegetables in it, but there is also a lot of sodium. So is it still beneficial to drink?

One of the main things l look for, when l am looking for healthy drinks . is the percent of real juice. it is usually above the nutrition information, and a lot of juices will say 5% - so thats' mostly preservatives.

l have the feeling V8 is mostly real fruit/veggies though, so if that is the case it is good for you.
