how many sets and how often should l do them. heck anything

Keep in mind that after a muscle has been worked out it need 48hrs rest before you work it again.so if you use them monday you can use them again till wed and so forth.. l would suggest for each session doing sets till exhaustion with rest of 90 sec between sets.try for five sets.also you should balance out your work out with some sort of back exercise

set 1 - 6 push ups
set 2 - 8 push ups
set 3- 10 push ups
set 4 - 12 push ups
set 5 - 10 push ups
set 6 - 8 push ups
set 7 - 6 push ups

that is what l do whenever l use them at my friends house its pretty tough at first depending how strong you are but you can get used to it. ENJOY
