soy does not lower testosterone.
the only difference is the way that it is digested & absorbed into ur muscles, both r important for muscle growth.
You should take soy protein an hour- a half an hour before ur work out, & whey protein within thirty minutes after ur workout.
Soy is quickly digested so it will be available for consumption by ur muscles during ur workout.
Whey is slowly digested & will help rebuild torn muscle fibers.
