like should by heart be beating extremly fast or just faster than normal? should l be sweating like hell??

You sweat, it is a sign that your working enough to lose weight.
Your heartbeat is a bit faster than normal. If your heart beats too fast, you going to have to take a break you could collapse.

Neither of these is completely determinative. They can be influenced by factors that have nothing to do with how fast you went, such as heat, fatigue, caffeine or other stimulants in your system, your mental state, etc. If you have a lot of running experience, you know when you went faster than usual, but otherwise you need to rely on a watch and compare it to your times for previous runs.

it is normal to sweat. it just means your loosing weight. and your heart should just beat a bit faster than usual

there is something you can do to determenie your trainning zones etc

i can not really remember what it is but something like you take your pulse when you are at rest then take your pulse after your run, l can not remember how t works cause it has been 5 years since l did it at school
