l been doing side laterals, and everytime l do it, there are creaking joints, is that damaging?

Its probably best to consult a Doctor about this one. l had to go to the Doctors when l was little due to creaking and cracking joints. Most of the time its nothing and a lot of people get them but its best to get them checked out. Maybe you can try a lower weight and see if it still happens.

Happens 2 me as well, see a dr if it gets painful. Actually, see him anyway just 2 b sure. Some ppl have creaky joints, so nuttin 2 worry about.
