Thats an extreme w/o plan and you have to be prepared to eat everything in sight and sleep lots!!

There r lots of ''workout plans'' on the web which claim to be able to help u build muscle fast but the majority of them do not provide u with the relevent information that u require, that is why they r free. At the end of the day, u get what u pay for & if u do not pay anything u wo not get much in return. How do l know this?
