The weight u lose exercising is a combination of water loss, which returns as soon as u drink a sip of water, & fat loss, which can be long-lasting, if u r not eating too much.

One mile is not much. The amount of actual fat u lose is function of calories burned during exercise. The calories u burn is a function of how fast u run, how much time u run, ur weight, air temperature, & other minor factors. You can do a quick Google search for sites that show calories by exercise. 11:55 is roughly equivalent to the loss of 1/3 of an ounce of body fat. Significant weight loss takes much more time & effort. You should carefully construct a diet u can stick to & an exercise program that will have u working out for at least 30 minutes a day five or six days a week.

not alot. people usually dont lose wight from running the mile once. if you run it more often you will lose some weight. l run mine in 6 min 55 sec.

well just from running a mile one day your not going to lose any weight, you have to keep up wit it and run at least four times a week.. and to lose weight you also hav to take into account that your building muscle and it weighs more then fat.. it also depends on how much body fat you have now .. most of the weight that you lose at first is just water weight and after that is gone your going to lose wieght at a slower pace because youll also be building muscle.. good luck
