You would not have a balanced nutrition, and turn into soup! Ok, not turn into soup, but 99.9% end up with your doctor and need to take nutrition pills. And, would lose weight, and puke from same amount of food. Anyway, why would you want to know? Going on a crazy diet?

Campbell is soup is not that good for you. Make your own soup, it is better and cheaper.

You would lose weight, but you would also be missing out on alot of nutrients that your body needs. As soon as you returned to eating normal food you would most likely gain the weightback.

You would have very soft stools and a sodium level that would be unhealthy.

You would have too much sodium in your diet, which would make your limbs swell and is potentially harmful for your over-all health. A can a day is fine, just make sure you add other foods into your diet so it is balanced.

First thing that comes to mind is a huge increase in blood pressure. Campbell is soup has a LOT of sodium which will increase blood pressure.

Second, severe diarrhea. That is a lot of liquid to take in & with no fiber to counteract the liquid u will have diarrhea constantly.

Because of the diarrhea u can dehydrate. Assuming, of course, u do not drink additional water or other drinks. which would only exacerbate the diarrhea.

Malnutrition because all u r really consuming is a small amount of noodles (carbohydrates), & liquid. Very little nutritional value.

A whole huge host of problems can stem from any one of the things l mentioned above.

It is NEVER a good idea to consume only one food for a month. It does not matter what that food is.

What kind of Campbell is soup?

Some soups would provide at least some nutrition, since they contain vegetables & meat. However, if u r just talking about tomato soup, while it is good for you, is not going to give u a lot of protein or energy.

Regardless of what kind it is, canned soups contain A LOT of sodium. Excess sodium intake is linked to: hypertension/high blood pressure & heart disease, fluid retention, & kidney stones. A high-sodium diet increases the need for potassium.

You would be denying your body nutrition that it needs. Now, if you eat a salad before your meal You will eat smaller portions. Same if you eat an apple or a pear before your meal. Make your salad with mixed greens and not head lettuce, as head lettuce has very little nutrition.

These foods are nutritious and have high fiber that is good for you and will help you to feel full faster
