im either 160-165lbs , and l have about 15-20 pounds left. im 5'6 and l still look somewhat chubby because of my height , do you think l will look thin and lean after im done. l can see the definition that ive created with exercise through my skin or fat...whatever. my face eveything is still a bit fat but you can see bits of bone starting to appear in each area just a little.

Yes, trust me.. l went from 165 to 112.. l am 5''8. l was gonna stop at 130 but decided to keep going.. l looked TOTALLY different at 120.. and the last 8 pounds have just disappeared.. from eating healthy and exercising.. maybe i'm a little too thin now. but trust me it makes a difference !!!!!!

Yes, a BIG difference. My sister decided to lose 20 lbs. when she was overweight and she looks better, is healthier, and has lost about 2 pant sizes. Congrats for not trying those nasty fad diets. They never work anyways!
