l really need to know how to get bigger, l work out almost everyday, buts thats about it. l need to add something to my schedule, like maybe protein shakes or something, can someone give me some advice?

Running or cardio workouts build muscle. If you are going to start taking protein shakes you need to have some kind of cardio so you do not gain too much weight, because they will make you gain. Lifting is the best way to get big. Incorporate both lifting and cardio with protein shakes and this should help.
