It is possible yes. You just have to make sure you are lifting enough weight and that you are able to increase resistance frequently. Sweating is not always a good sign of a good workout--at least not when it comes to strength training. l would not call an aerobic workout good if you do not sweat a little--but lifting weights is anaerobic activity and is designed to damage muscle, not tax your cardiovascular and respiratory system.
