Arnold Schwarzenegger never wrapped his thumb around the bar when bench pressing. Is this a comfort technique or is it a better idea to wrap the thumb around the bar?

by not wrapping your thumb around the bar u can lift more only do when maxing out, Let me tell u a little story, some guy did this with his thumb with a load of weight and it slipped because this doesnt' provide a good gripp landed on his ribcage. Just do it the regular way you will still get results, always have a spotter, trust me RESPECT
