Yes that should be pretty easy. The most important thing in an easy goal like this is to up your calories. While gaining weight it is a lot easyer to put on muscle. Get yourself on a nice 5x5 routine. They are very good for strength and mass. Make sure you get in plenty of protein and calories. You will surpass 225 no problem.
