take up swimming is my advice as its an all round fun way to stay slim trim and fit.

A healthy diet paired with regular exercise is your best bet. Start slow, because you will find yourself overwhelmed if you make a drastic change over a short period of time. If weight is an issue at all, try Strip That Fat. l lost 25 pounds last year, and l got myself into good habits following the steps. Good luck!

Buy a juicer and get all your fruit and veg that way!

l suggest you take up walking. Do not try to walk too far or too fast at first, but instead increase your pace & distance over time. You will be surprised how beneficial simple walking can be for the body & if your in a situation where you cant go walking outside, just buy a treadmill & use it at home !

Exercise regularly ( fitness trainers say walking for at least 30 min. a day is important ) Get a green salad plate along with ur meal ( lunch - dinner ) Enjoy life , do not make silly stuff be on ur priorities list Read a book Spend 7-8 hours sleeping at night might also help u '' Calories burning '' Avoid a Heart attack , try breathing a fresh air at dawn . Set ur clock at 4:30 Or 5:00 a.m & do some exercises out-doors Do NOT get nervous quickly Stick yourself on a healthier eating diet , avoid FATS
