What is a good way to excercise that will help me stay in shape, but also allow me to get my homework done? Also l need a work out that will bring me from 145 pounds to 140 pounds in like 1 month. l am 5'7 btw

the easiest way to lose those few pounds is just by cutting out the extra sugars like soda certian desserts. yes sugars r good but to many arent healthy. & eat a well balanced meal like a good breakfast not sugary cereal. then like an apple for a snack then maybe a jelly sandwich or salad for lunch then another snack and an early dinner do not eat as late & get on a routine this is healthy for ur body & the balanced meals is good for ur mind.

im in the exact same situation. you should eat healthier and do crunches and pushups every day. You can look up other quick exercises on the internet. Also, go to the gym on weekends, if u dont get the time on weekdays.

The weight ur looking at is not a reasonable loss & by changing some diet a adding excises u should be able to maintain the weight loss for life. The loss of 4 kg a month is recommended & ur asking yourself to loss a little bit over so the chances of putting it back on is higher. Just by changing ur diet & adding excises. More fruit & veg & just 30 - hour of exercises. Eating more fish & foods higher in Omega 3 will help with u feeling fuller longer stopping cravings of junk foods & the Omega 3 is great for the brain with helping to solve & retain information.
