Actually, you do not have to ''diet'' per se in order to lose weight, l read this at the website in the box below, they have a lot of guidance, l shed 9 pounds by using their methods.

l never heard about that diet before but try it out and see if it helps. Always, go by the manual and what your nutritionist says.
