hello

im a 19 year old girl and im about 5ft 5 and l weight like 9 and a half stone but like even though my friends and that say my wieght is okay l was 8 and a half stone before summer so l put on a stone (probs by lazing around lol)

i just need some tips to help me loose weight basiclly lol

im diabetic so l dont wanna do too strenous work as im paranoid about my blood sugar dropping and l cant go swimming yet as my hair dye is still coming out in the water lol

so any tips on easy excersie and an easy food plan that l can fit in around my uni life would be great if anybody cares to help me lol

l think your weight is fine as it is
but before you start any healthy eating or exercise plans l advise you to visit your doctor

go eat chocolate
fried chicken
cinnabons
and guacamole

do some push-ups, run a little, and eat small amounts of healthy food, have a big glass of water before each meal and water during your meal.

if you have a bit of a belly, l like it if girls have a bit of a belly, rather than to be skinny!
But, if you want to loose weight, you can go jogging, or cycling, swimming, do sit-ups/press-ups.
