If l was to start a routine by changing my eating and going to the gym more l know it would be a positive effect but what about the following? Due to l dont have much money and time. l work and go to school all week so this is what l was contemplating on doing from now on... Let me know your thoughts please. Breakfast- Black organic Coffee and homemade muffin ( usually blueberry or banana nut) Lunch Tuna fish and carrots with some ranch probably. Dinner a salad or soup. Side ceasar salad is what l usually get. Soup probably mushroom, crab or chicken corn chowder. Only drinking water or propel or ice tea or milk. The days l can go to the gym are tuesday and thursday morning friday evening or saturday and sunday afternoon. l am currently 140lbs and my height is 5 feet approx 2 inches. l am well proportioned but l wanna have a smaller waist line and thighs. It gets me depressed l even seriously consider that SmartLipo but l saw pics of tara reids tummy and it scared me. HELP! thanks so much

Here is What You Should do 5 vege 2 fruit and then have a healthy breakfast and lunch and dinner should consist of rice which will give good rice

l would meet with your doctor and a nutritionist. 2-3 times a week is generally enough for aerobics, if you are doing a good workout.

Negative. You dont have much money or time but u r willing to spend hundreds of dollars a year in gym dues only to use up more of ur precious time traveling to & from the gym. Not only that but u dont have the confidence in knowing that what u r doing with nutrition & exercise is going to take u to where u want to be. l couldnt think of a worse waste of both money & time than that. l can save u hundreds in gym dues & ur time. l got on a beachbody program for a one time charge & got into stellar shape in my home. Everything is spelled out, no guess work. contact me if u wish, l probably wont be back in this post again.

It would help you, but get quite boring. Also, make sure you are getting enough fruits and veggies out of that! You might want to add some fresh strawberries or grapes to your breakfast. Make sure your ranch is lite, because regular contains a lot of fat. Drinking and eating just those things sounds like it will get old fast, but good luck!

coffee is coffee all contains harmful acids, not to mention whatever you put it the coffee, the muffin is a good idea but again its high in fat, lunch sounds good just make sure its light ranch and celery instead or carrots if you can tollerate it just because celer takes more calories to digest it than whats contained in it, dinner sounds alright except the soupe sound nasty IMO, As for the drinks l say water only, its the only no calorie drink.

Liposuction is not a good choice. It is only viable in people who r looking to decrease the size of a small, fatty area where they can not burn fat with diet and/or exercise. If u got Liposuction all over ur body, u would look luck a lumpy mess. That is why Ms. Reids is stomach looks like pizza dough.
l could comment on ur purposed diet but l am not an expert. l can tell u that ceasar salad is pretty bad for u though.
l will tell u that it takes a combination of diet & exercise to lose weight. l can also tell u that a drastic plan is hard to follow & almost never kept up on.
l lost 20 pounds last year by not drinking soda, cutting back on fried foods, & not eating until l was full (slimmed down quantities a little), & running for about 20 minutes twice a week.
Running was the hardest part & l found it invigorating. The trick is to find things to cut out of ur diet that do not bother u that much & do some physical activity that u find interesting.
So many diets either look for an easy answer or look to drastically change ur lifestyle. l do not agree with either methods. Start off small & ramp up to a degree of eating/activity that fits comfortable in ur lifestyle.
While u will get fast & amazing outcomes from running 10 miles a day & only eating meal replacement bars, u will never keep up the lifestyle. Take it easy on yourself & lose weight gradually by changing ur lifestyle gradually.

Breakfast: Skip the muffin altogether. Ditto for a bagel. Might as well devour a donut. Go for oatmeal instead. Lunch: Skp the ranch unless u can go fat free. Try the carrots without any dressing. Dinner: Ceasar salad is loaded with fat & calories, go with a house salad, fat free italian or balsamic vinagrette instead. Add some chicken to ur salad for protein. Skip the loads of cheese & croutons. Also, soup, avoid anything cream based (mushroom, corn or seafood chowder). Your glass of milk is ok if it is not whole milk. You have the right intentions but r not making the best choices. A few dietary changes along with ur workout routine will go a long way.

Your proposed diet plan is okay but needs some extra work. Coffee is coffee whether it is organic or not so it does not make much difference which one u chose. Depends on size of muffin as to the amount of fat cals it contains. Perhaps some fruit instead? Oatmeal? Chowders still contain some fat cals & clear soups r better but often give a less 'filling is sensation. Salads r low in cals & fats but, as with ur whole diet u r not getting much fibre & u may start to suffer some constipation problems. Green leafy vegetables r not high in fibre & r about 95% water. Better still would be to eat about 6 meals a day. Keeping these meals small & frequent keeps something in ur stomach & u do not feel so hungry & less 'washed out' through the day. I'd step up the vegetables as they take longer to digest giving a fuller sense & they provide something for ur intestines to move around reducing constipation. Vegetables take a lot of calories for ur body to digest them & they do not contain many cals so u can eat almost as much as u want. Dressings r basically a no-no as they contain fat to some degree. You will get all the fats u need from the vegetables & do not need to add more. Try just some Balsamic vinegar or lemon juice as a salad dressing. You r right to be wary of liposuction or some other 'quick' fixes. Perhaps ur body is genetics makes u shaped the way u r & reducing these areas may be fighting genetics. Take a look at ur mother/grandmother is physiques. Your gym times seem to be quite adequate but it depends on what exercises u do. You need to do high repetition with low resistance exercises to speed up the metabolism. Specialise in working those muscles in the areas u wish to lose size to try to burn their intramuscular fat stores & to tone them to look slimmer.
