My dermatologist told me that if l stopped eating sugar, my immune system would get stronger since sugar kills white blood cells, and these small facial warts that l have or any random acne l get would clear up. Does anyone know if this is true?
Let me get this straight - processed sugars DO weaken your immune system cause skin problems and should be avoided, but natural sugars (in fruits) are actually good and should be eaten in moderation. Right?

Refined sugars--like white sugar & corn syrup--are devoid of nutrition. Therefore, when u eat them, ur body must borrow vital nutrients from healthy cells to metabolize the incomplete food. Eventually ur body itself becomes depleted & unable to metabolize the sugars u consume, & the waste residue builds up in ur body--making u overly acidic & toxic. These toxins ooze out ur pores, & can readily cause warts. The excess sugar in ur sweat feeds the acne causing bacteria.

A diet that includes these refined sugars not only damages ur immune system, it weakens ur whole body.

Natural sugars, such as those in dates, whole fruits, & aloe vera, for example, r necessary for feeding ur muscles & brain. If ur symptoms bother u take it upon yourself to research the difference between good & bad sugars, & begin to eliminate foods that r processed or sweetened.
