this is question is for the people who stated they ordered it and found it to work out fine and canceled successfully, l just ordered and found the 888-820-colon to not work either.In fact, that is too many numbers for a valid phone number. Have l been scamed as well?Anyone been sucessful at canceling either of the two before credit card was charged?

l suggest you cancel your credit card or inform your credit provider of the situation as soon as possible.

However, it might not be a scam, you just might have read the number wrong. I'd check that too.

l too ordered both about a week & a half ago & have not received any of the products. l mean how do u know if something works if they do not even send it within the 14 day trial period?

So l called & canceled the acai berry yesterday. They answered, canceled, & gave me a confirmation number. You also need to cancel ''Fit Factory'' which will also be charged to ur card. They're number is 800-660-8489 & they too have given me a cancellation number & stated l will receive a refund. ( l was not aware of this ''extra'' service l would be charged for-but apparently they provide consultation with a dietitian & physical trainer)

Colon xR: When u go to the website- at the bottom of the page there is ''contact us''. They have a live chat. l was able to cancel (or so they have said) through this means. l will be refunded on shipping & will not be receiving a trial for this product.

They would not answer my question about their valid phone number but their live chat operator did say l would be receiving a cancellation confirmation in my email account. (cross fingers) l think l will be informing my credit card if l do not get the email by the end of today.
