HEALTHY MEALS / FOODS hELP PLEASEEE

alright well im 14 and just decided to basically change my whole diet. l eat like no healthy foods and really wanna change. so my mom is taking me to the grocery store to buy new foods. so what are some healthy meals l could eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? what about drinks? please helpp. thanks so muchhhhhh

drink: milk, water, juice NOOO SODA!!!!! do not drink fizzy drinks.
breakfast: eggs, sausages, toast.. juice/milk
lunch: salad with dressing and crutons (4 flavor)
dinner: spaghetti.
do not worry about ur calories.
worry more about how much fat/sugar u have in every food.

Vegetable soups, but check for salt and fat content, some of them like Baxters are great.
l recommend buying essential,, like brown rice, bread and pasta, so you can still eat things you like, just healthier. Do not buy any junk food, if it is not there, you can not eat it.

breakfast- go lean ceareals nadAll kashi proudcts (theyt make granola bars, cereal ext.) fiber one cereals, quaker oatmeal, raisan bran cereal, (all of these cereals r very high in fiber, fiber keeps u full longer & makes u poop, ahah cuasinf u to lose weight)

lunch- salad with low fat dressings. whole whear bread with 2 TBS of peanut butter. hummus on whole wheat bread. Low fat cream cheese on whole wheat bread. (you can also have oatmeal & ceareal for lunch) tuna salad without mayo ! a

Dinner- white rice. lean meats. salads, sushi, fish ext.

snacks- fruit, (apples & pinnaple r high in fiber) vegetables, low fat yogurt, TLC granola bars, special k granola bars
