l was on a really good track eating and excercising, but this weekend, (halloween!), had me eating candy, cakes, pizza, etc. l am so dissapointed in myself. What can l do to make myself not eat anything like this? Like is there something l can say that will make me not wanna eat it? Please help.

l tell myself all the time that l do not need it. l tell myself in the store so l do not buy it. l have a scale so l can remind myself why l am not buying that stuff anymore. If it does not come into my house l do not eat it.
Everyone slips up on their diet once in a while. Tommorow though is a new day and you decide not to eat this kind of stuff anymore.
