Ok so my stomach has fat in it and people can tell believe me. All of my friends say im not fat but l am. My doctor said l should lose 20 lbs to be at a healthier weight. Im 124lbs, 5'' and a half an inch and im 13 and a girl. Im also a type 1 diabetic. Anyway l do crunches but l havent been doing them lateley (ive been slacking off =/) and ofcourse last night was halloween so l loaded on candy lol. HELP! l need a routine to make me skinnier and healthier! plz help!
and also if youre going to say 'youre too young to be worrying about your weight' please dont waste your time. l want straightto my questions. And please dont say 'oh l weight more then u im 130 and 5'1' because l dont really care not to be rude. l want a routine with food and excersize to help me lose 20 lbs and keep it off.

start walking, exercising and a healthy diet :) cut out the junk food and eat healthy..your still very young so weight will fall off easy
