Hi, if l drink 3 slimfasts a day for breakfast, lunch and dinner for 1 week how much weight would l lose? l weigh 170 pounds right now...
do not tell me that it is not safe either because I am only doing it for 1 week

Find your Basic Metabolism Rate (http://bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/) Then subtract the calories of your 3 cans of slim fast a day from that amount and that is a very rough estimate on how many calories you're burning. Each pound is 3500 calories. You can lose more by working out.
This is very rough estimation though, but if you want a mathematical answer that would be the closest way to get it.
