I am on a low calorie diet and the main thing that l really like to eat while being on this diet would be this:

2-3 egg whites for breakfast

1 or 2 hard boiled eggs for snack throughout the day.

Is this unhealthy? Please let me know your reasons when you answer, thanks!!

l dont think so l eat about 6 eggs at one time when l cook .
